The service including setting up of a subsidiary, branch, or representative office. Our assistance includes the preparation of Articles of Incorporation (AOI), shareholders resolutions, registration application forms, and other related documents, and submission to MOC, and registration for certificates of Patent Tax and Value Added Tax (VAT) with GDT, including translation of necessary documents if any.
We provide the priviledge to use our office’s address as the registered address for purpose of registration with Ministry of Commerce (MOC), General Department of Taxation (GDT) and other authorities based on certain conditions.
The Client is required to file an ADCE with the MOC every year via MOC’s online application. We will assist the Client in the preparation of the ADCE for review and file it with the MOC on your behalf.
